„Having lived in Carmel Valley for over 30 years and on the Monterey Peninsula for 56 I knew this would be the best location for our trip. Good proximity to all the Peninsula has to offer and possibly the best weather (especially in the summertime!). „Couldn’t have had a better experience staying in the tree house. The views in route to the house are stunning. The view at the home is beautiful! Enjoyed every minute. The owners were super accommodating and have everything you could possibly need while staying in their home. We listened to the directions regarding downloading as you lose service and that made a huge difference. Again, absolutely loved this home!“

„A bit out of the way but the views, the drive and the peaceful environment made it worth it. If you need quick access to Carmel, Monterey etc it could be too far BUT if you have the time for a nice drive each way it’s totally worth it. Host was very helpful and responsive. „I have stayed at all sorts of beautiful vacation rentals in amazing areas, and this is the only one that I have ever wanted to revisit. The cabin, charming, I loved the decor, rustic elegance is what comes to mind. So many fun details. The house was completely stocked with everything. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. You couldn't ask for a better host. The location and property simply magical. I can't wait to go back.“

„Don't pay extra to have the pool heated! We did and they never heated it. There wasn't even water going into the pool so I'm not sure the pool is ever heated. They also wouldn't refund us for the money we spent "heating" the pool or answer my messages about it while I was there. And the pool cover was broken and took up an extra two feet of the pool. The pool's one of the biggest draws of this property, so just a heads up.“
