„Unique property. Kids loved it. The “house” was smaller than the photos represented, but it was still big enough. The property is loud. Expect really squeaky floors, doors, and furniture. If you are adults traveling with kids, just beware that the bed in the adult bedroom is very noisy, if you know what I mean. The jacuzzi tub is REALLY loud. Like a person couldn’t hear the TV in the sitting room over the roar of the jacuzzi. Kitchen is well-equipped and the decor is cute.“

The home is comfy and stayed warm during our winter stay. The home was bigger than we expected from the photos. The second living room was a huge bonus for our family of 5. „Our family stayed at this location for our family Christmas. The property worked out perfectly for us. Well stocked board game area. Comfortable and large living room. Well stocked kitchen. The 3rd bedroom is a “trundle” type bed in a converted office…good for kids, not so much for a couple. The host responded to our few questions quickly and even sent someone to resolve a small issue with sidewalk salt. Will likely stay here again as our son will be living in Duluth for a while yet. “

"We booked a three-night stay (Feb 18–21, 2026) at Pier B, primarily for a snowmobile tour. Unfortunately, due to a massive blizzard, our tour for the following day was cancelled right as we arrived. The rooms were simple but very clean and well-maintained. Since we had no reason left to stay in Duluth, we were worried about the remaining two nights. However, the hotel staff was incredibly understanding. They immediately refunded our money for the following two nights without any hassle. We are so grateful for their flexibility and kindness!"
