„My partner and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this condo. Even the folks in the building were friendly. We appreciated Rick‘s prompt responses to our questions as newbies- This was our first VRBO stay as opposed to hotels. We had the pool to ourselves during our stay which was nice. At dusk, I captured this great sunset shot from our balcony. Rick had everything we could have possibly needed. Just wish we could have taken the steam shower home with us! „Great location. Clean room, excellent amenities. Great location from beach and short 10-15 minute walk to downtown. 2 of us drove over and my wife and son flew into SD airport, caught a shuttle to the train depot and rode the Coaster up. Easy trip! “

„Place was perfect for what I was looking for. Right on the beach, and it was a nice beach, Google street view had me worried but the images undersell it. Walkable distance (even for my school-age child) to the pier with lots of restaurants and snack options. Convenient hose to wash feet before going into the place. So nice to have an on-site parking spot. “

„It was a lovely stay, and we liked the place. Very clean, great location. The host was very good at communicating minus one miscommunication at first, but it was very quickly remedied and we had absolutely no other issues after that. It was nice and quiet there and a perfect location to the beach. Just a bit of a walk to a quiet part of the beach that was really neat. "Disappointed – Not Recommended Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay at the motel. The price-performance ratio was not appropriate. The bed was far too small for two people, and the mattresses were covered with plastic that made unpleasant noises with every movement – a good night's sleep was nearly impossible. On the positive side, the parking spot right in front of our room was very convenient, and the surrounding area was fine. However, due to the poor sleeping conditions, we cannot recommend this motel."
