„The in-room safe needed battery replacement - was done in due time. The toilet got jammed later in the evening - no one to help, someone just deposited the needed tool in front if the door an the called by phone that we did not react on nocking at the door - and the respective person now left the site… a bit annoying to say at least… All ice machines not functional - receptionist told someone is takin care - the „it us fuxed now, go and get ice…“ - guess what: it was still out of order.“

„We enjoyed our beautiful King room - Quiet, clean and very comfy bed and pillows. The best part of our stay however was front desk staff, particularly Zaidee and her manager. Both incredibly friendly, and i very much appreciated how outwardly supportive of his staff the manager was. He knew he had great staff and complimented them in front of the guests - really well done“
