Set on the ground floor with step-free access, this open-plan space is ideal for relaxing and recharging. Enjoy evenings in the garden or cosy nights with a movie. A bright skylight above the dining table fills the space with natural light.

Important note: Guests using the double sofa bed for the two additional sleeping spaces must bring their own bedding and towels. Linen, sheets, quilts, and pillows for the sofa bed are not provided.

Location
Just minutes from Cardiff`s top landmarks and food spots, you`ll be perfectly placed to explore the city on foot. Cardiff Central Station is close by for easy travel further afield.

Booking Policy
• Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
• If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
• Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
• We require guests to provide a security deposit of £200. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
• The deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
• Upsells such as early check-in, late check-out, and add-on packages are available to enhance your stay. Please note that all upsells are non-refundable once booked.

Cancellation Policy
• Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled 14-30 days before arrival.
• No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Please ensure the correct number of guests is included in your booking, as pricing is based per guest. No parties, smoking, max 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee of £30 per pet.

This is a residential home, please be respectful. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise may result in booking cancellation.

No shoes inside the property.

Check-in and check-out times must be followed. Late check-in or check-out of up to 2 hours may be available for £40, subject to availability and confirmation after booking.

A £200 security deposit is required before the check-in code is released via a secure third-party platform after booking confirmation. The deposit will be returned 3 days after checkout. Any damage to the property will be charged to the lead guest.
