This boutique stylish modern one bed within easy reach of the City centre is the perfect cosy space for couples, friends and families looking to discover everything Cardiff has to offer. It is also ideal for professionals needing a quiet, restful space.

The living room has a 55" smart tv with Netflix for you to use. There is an office space if home working is needed with super fast wifi.
The space
Parking is free on street parking. You can park right outside the flat and on the surrounding streets, just stay out of the permit parking lines.

The apartment is in a building of 4 apartments with a private entrance to the building. The apartment has its own private entrance.

The apartment has been totally renovated to a very modern design. The living room has a large television with Netflix and all other channels, there is also a dvd player in the cabinet underneath and some dvds. The cupboards are full of books and magazines so you can read if the weather isn't the best.

There is a dedicated office area with tablet stands, notepads, pens etc so if you need to work while in Cardiff you will be accommodated.

The bedroom comes with double bed, fitted wardrobes with hairdryer etc.

The bathroom has a shower and we provide shower gel and shampoo for you to relax.
Guest access
You will be able to use all parts of the apartment.

There is a small communal garden out the back with some seats you are welcome to use too.
Other things to note
The apartment is one of four so be aware that there are other residents in the building when it comes to noise etc.
