Up to two small-medium well behaved dogs welcome, pre-approval required & cleaning fee due. Perfect whether coming to Cardiff for an event or to experience our local scenery and amenities.
The space
The property is comfortable, having a large well equipped kitchen diner and French windows directly onto outdoor decking for al fresco dining. Very well equipped kitchen, with everything you could need, including airfryer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Tea towels, washing up liquid, condiments etc privided.
Master bedroom with very comfortable pillowtop kingsize bed. Bedside radio. Comfortable lounge with Smart TV, wifi and cable channels. Large upstairs family bathroom with double eco walk-in shower and double ended bath. 100% cotton bath and hand towels, together with selection of toiletries provided. Plentiful reading material and games available to help you chill. Generous wardrobe space.

Check in from 15.00. Check out normally 11.00, but this can at times be extended, please ask.
Entire space will only be occupied by your party; a second reception room downstairs and an upstairs bedroom will be locked and not be available for your use.
Other things to note:
Strict NO SMOKING house. Please respect this.
Residential area - no noise between 11pm and 7am please.

**PETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL MINIMUM £30 PET CLEANING FEE PER STAY, payable in advance.
*Pet Fee (non refundable cleaning/damage) must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
*Your dog should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize wee pads are NOT allowed.
*Your dog must be supervised by you at all times.
*Dogs not allowed on furniture or upstairs.
*Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
*You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog
*Limit of one dog. An additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis.
