Ferienwohnung in Captiva Island finden & mieten

„Clean property, easy access. Good kitchen supplies. It was nice to be staying on the island and close to the beach.“

„The condo was great. Don’t worry about not having full access to south seas. The resort isn’t fully back to where it was pre hurricane so make sure you reserve beach gear to rent. There are great restaurants close by that are better than the resort. The beach is great and pool. If you do play tennis they have modified some courts for pickleball. If you are coming for tennis and been to South Seas before the storms. The main tennis center is gone (blackwood tennis) so no lessons or clinics but ...

„Despite external issues outside the control of the owners the property was lovely and nicely located for using the beach. There could have been more beach towels and only two of the beach chairs provided were usable. However any issues we had were resolved very quickly and we would definitely stay there again“

„Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!“

„Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. I guess we are ...

„It was perfect! “

„I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact ...

„The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.“

„We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the condo.“

„Property was very nice and clean and store were very close by it was a pleasure staying there . Looking forward to doing it again“

„The condo is nice, private, and has a great view from the screen porch! “
