„Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!“

„We didn’t use pool. Beach access was good. We had issues with internet and front door that was never addressed. We were there for the location. We would most likely stay at seaside but maybe a unit on the beach side. “

„The location was great! The condo was really nice and the balcony and view was a bonus. Living room couch and chairs were fairly worn and stained. The other furniture was nice. Loved the galley kitchen and the large sink. However the refrigerator's ice machine was leaking into the main compartment of the frig. The instructions to get into the condo and lock box was inaccurate and should be updated. Also trying to figure out where we were allowed to go was confusing. “

It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking.
