„The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.“

„We really enjoyed our time at Sunny by You. The house was spacious and comfortable. We loved using the screened in porch / lanai for hanging out and meals. The kitchen had everything we needed (including decent knives which is rare in a vacation house!). Our kids LOVED the pool and many pool toys and easy access to the beach. The folks we interacted with at Shally’s (the property management company) were also very friendly and made getting groceries a breeze. Overall this was a wonderful place ...
