„Excellent for the value and convenient location especially since it’s still new and clean. No amenities to speak of yet. Slight hitch with the card key not working initially on the two separate occasions we stayed there otherwise everything else was very good.“

„Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.“

„Wir haben dieses Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen für eine Nacht gebucht. Es hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Der Aufethalt war zu kurz, um einen detailierteren Bericht zu verfassen“

„Pro: Big room, comfortable matress, great breakfast. Con: Maintenance and general room equipment old and used. Outlets missing at the bedsides. Noisy box typ aircon (not suitable for this price category) Flushing of the toilet tends to break down. Reception staff couldn't speak english well. Very unattentive when faced with a problem like a broken (not clogged) toilet that needs maintenance staff not housekeeping. Conclusion: Don't visit L'fisher anymore for a good hotel in Bacolod. „Upon arrival to property front desk was not helpful and instructions were not complete in how to check in. We had to wait an hour after a long flight just to check in. I’m disappointed with the service at the condo.“

„Clean room and accommodating staff“

„Huge room. Clean and nice“

„I booked this hotel for the night because it advertised “24hr Front Desk “ I anticipated I would arrive after 1:00am morning. This not the case no front desk attendant. I waited for approximately 3/4 hr hopefully someone would arrive. I also rang the advertised phone number “no answer” I then had find another hotel at 2:00am not easy to do. Extremely poor.“

„Had a terrible experience using the pool, had to pay for pool use. But the management staff are very friendly and helpful.“
