„Gerne wieder“

„Very basic two star hotel on the outskirts of town. The room was very small, but perfectly clean, with a very comfortable bed, and blissfully, air conditioned in the middle of a brutal heatwave.

„Sehr netter Empfang. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ruhige, schöne Lage.“

Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent. They would not refund me the difference in ...
