The lounge area walks out into a spacious deck facing the ocean that features a gas grill and bar area, making it ideal for alfresco dining while you take in the view of the dock and the endless horizon. The entertainment deck can also be entered through the extra TV room, which offers a quiet cosy space to unwind and enjoy your favourite shows or movies.

The dining area flows out onto a second balcony that shares an entrance with the second bedroom, perfect for catching

some fresh air over a round of Yoga while enjoying the view of the stadium with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains.

The building is currently undertaking extensive repairs to the elevator. As a result, the elevator will be out of service for approximately two months, covering July and potentially extending into August.
