„Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you. The phone system however was not working which was frustrating. My husband needed to physically walk down to the front desk to order room service (noone was answering when I called on my cell phone) and only the valet was there. So the valet was kind enough to take the order to the kitchen. „Breakfast menu very good except for the surcharges on protein. Emaculate and comfortable room staff excellent. In Premier King, no view. No coffee maker but you can order room service$$. Restaurant and service top knotch. A beautiful step back in time and would highly reccomend the Virginia hotel to friends. “

„Pet friendly, small and very easy. Glad I could go directly to the room without waiting due to having dogs. Wish rooms had a little more back support (headboard, pillows), lighting/AC wasn't working well and hot tub did break but staff was great in accommodating as best they could.
