This home has a fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom has a king size bed, with a queen in one guest room and twins in the other guest. The sofa is brand new and pulls out to a queen sofa for additional guest. We are ready for your friends and family with an outside relaxing area that has a propane grill for cooking out and if you are not boating yourself you can watch the boating traffic. There is a dock to tie up your rental boat and we are only 1 bridge out to the river and then you are on your way for a day of fun on the water.
