Seva Retreat is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SE Cape Coral area. The home is centrally located near shops, restaurants, and main roads, making it easy to enjoy everything Southwest Florida has to offer while still relaxing in a quiet residential neighborhood.
This convenient location offers a quick drive to many of Cape Coral's popular destinations. It is approximately 12 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, and about 45 minutes to Southwest Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer from the comfort of an immaculate, well-designed, and spacious vacation home.
Seva Retreat features comfortable, upscale décor and four bedrooms, making it an excellent choice for families and groups. The home offers one king-size bedroom and three queen bedrooms, and all bedrooms are equipped with TVs and streaming services.
The primary bedroom and its private en-suite bathroom are located on the right side of the home, offering additional privacy as part of the desirable split-bedroom floor plan. The en-suite bathroom features a relaxing garden tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The other three bedrooms are conveniently located on the opposite side of the home and share the hallway bathroom. An additional full bathroom is located on the lanai for convenient access from the pool area.
The spacious living room provides plenty of room to relax while enjoying fantastic views of the canal and pool. An additional TV is located on the lanai, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows while relaxing outdoors.
At the heart of the home, the open-concept kitchen and nook area create a welcoming space for gathering and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cookware, utensils, and kitchen items needed to prepare meals during your stay.
The formal dining space is located just off the kitchen and offers beautiful views of the lush tropical landscaping. The game area features a pool table, providing additional entertainment for the entire family.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included, and long-term stays are permitted.
Upon entering the home, you are greeted with an unobstructed view of the pool area and lanai, creating an inviting indoor-outdoor atmosphere.
Wireless internet and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with this spacious setup.
The garage provides two parking spaces.
Highlights of the outdoor area include a large lanai perfect for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, and swimming in the heated pool (winter only). With desirable southern exposure, the pool area is ideal for enjoying the Florida sunshine.
Start your morning with coffee on the dock while taking in beautiful views down the canal, watching boats pass by, spotting fish jumping, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings and local wildlife. A BBQ grill is also available for guest use.
