This is a 4-bedroom house on a quiet residential street in Cape Coral. You get the whole place: screened pool with western sun, a hot tub, and water access that will take a sailboat. Three kings plus a queen-over-queen bunk sleep 10. Out back there are three kayaks, a paddleboard, two bikes, and a full kitchen, so you are not eating out every meal. Publix at Cape Coral Landings is close. The Gulf beaches are a short drive.

Pet policy: Pets need approval before booking. 50 lb or under, $100 non-refundable fee, crated when left in the house. No pets on furniture, in the pool, or hot tub.



A signed rental agreement and a $750 security deposit hold are required. The hold is not a charge. Both must be done to keep the reservation.



Cancellation: 97% refund if cancelled more than 90 days before arrival. 47% refund if cancelled more than 60 days before arrival. No refund inside 60 days. If Lee County orders a hurricane evacuation, we offer a date change or a refund of unused nights.
