THE HOME

The living room features comfortable seating and a huge 75” Samsung Smart TV with Xfinity Premium Cable, offering a wide selection of live channels, local stations, sports, news, movies and entertainment. The DIRECTV app is also available, making it perfect for movie nights, catching the game, or relaxing after a day in the Florida sunshine.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day, prepare dinner at home, or gather together for drinks and conversation.

The covered lanai features comfortable patio furniture, ceiling fans, and a 55" outdoor Smart TV, so you can watch the game or your favorite show while enjoying the pool and waterfront views.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN & FIRE TABLE

Make the most of Southwest Florida's outdoor lifestyle without ever leaving the house.

The covered lanai features a built-in outdoor kitchen and grill area, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy dinner outside.

You'll also find comfortable patio furniture and a fire table, perfect for relaxing with a drink after the sun goes down.

Grill dinner, watch the game on the outdoor TV, spend the afternoon by the pool, or finish the evening around the fire table overlooking the freshwater canal.

COMPLIMENTARY HEATED SALTWATER POOL

Enjoy standard pool heating to 82°F at no additional charge.

Prefer warmer water? Guests may upgrade the pool setting to 85°F for an additional $200 for stays of up to 6 nights.

Please request upgraded pool heating prior to arrival so the system can be set accordingly.

For stays longer than 6 nights, additional heating charges may apply based on the length of stay.

Pool heating is provided by an electric heat pump and can be affected by outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. While we will set the heater to the selected temperature, a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed, particularly during unusually cool Florida weather.
