Welcome to Cape Canaveral’s most exciting location — where beaches, cruise ships, and rocket launches all meet! Mangrove Lofts sits proudly on Astronaut Boulevard, the vibrant gateway connecting the mainland to the heart of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Known locally as “The Beachline,” this lively corridor hums with the energy of travelers, locals, and adventure-seekers heading to Florida’s Space Coast playground.

Just minutes from your doorstep, you’ll find Port Canaveral — one of the busiest cruise ports in the world and home to Disney, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and other cruise lines. Whether you’re setting sail or watching the ships glide in and out, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy the action.

Steps outside your doorway, there is an incredible variety of dining and entertainment. Port Canaveral is a 5 minute Uber ride where you can savor fresh seafood, sip cocktails overlooking the excitement of watching the cruise ships, and explore local favorites like Fishlips, Grills, Rising Tide, and Junkanoo Island Kitchen. Of course, just downstairs at the high-end Mangrove Marketplace or the exceptional Thai restaurant located beneath your loft.

When it’s time to relax, the sun, sand, and surf are just minutes away. Cape Canaveral’s wide, uncrowded beaches are perfect for swimming, shelling, and sunrise strolls. And for something truly unforgettable, step outside to watch rockets soar into the sky — Cape Canaveral hosts over 100 launches a year - visible right from the property.

Mangrove Lofts is a place where you can experience the thrill of space exploration, the comfort of modern coastal living, Tesla chargers, cruise parking, and the convenience of having restaurants, shopping and the Port all within reach. Whether you’re here to cruise, beach-hop, charge up, or watch history launch, Mangrove Lofts puts you at the center of it all.
