„The stay was magnificent. The concierge was super duper helpful, quick to respond to any messages or help regardless of the time. She also provide some amazing recommendations for restaurants, excursions, in room couple massages, dining and several other services. The pool water was clean and warm, the pool got cleaned everyday we were there. Woke up in the morning to the birds humming and whistling, however you wake up to the mosquitoes as well. „When we arrived there was no hot water. We spent the first part of the stay getting the hot water fixed. While we were in the loft we noticed there were cockroaches. And the lights and fan controls over the range didn’t work. The refrigerator leaked water across the kitchen floor. And the night table lamp upstairs was broken.“

„We had a wonderful time at Punta Palmera. The apartment is just like in the pictures. Spacious and confortable, we felt like home.
