„Great stay, overall. Nothing to complain about! Nice rooms, very clean. The staff is extermely friendly and helpful, excellent English skills as well. The neighbourhood is not exactly a good place for sightseeing ;) but it prpovides you with a lot of shops, restaurants and more. MRT is just a 2 minutes walk away, you can reach Taipei City within 30 minutes and it´s only a 20 minutes ride to the airport. “

„This is a well equipped and attractive property, convenient to the airport, with excellent service. The only drawback, as other reviews have mentioned, is that the walls are thin and you can hear when the fans in the bathrooms are turned on or toilets are flushed etc. Given that people with early departing or late arriving flights stay here it isn’t easy to get a full night’s sleep. „Had to book last minute for a layover and while not the most modern, everything was clean and breakfast was delicious. Staff was very accommodating when we requested late checkout. Each room has a garage and you go up a few flights of stairs. Very spacious, huge bathoom with massive tub, shower, and a sauna (depending on the room). Separate sitting area from bedroom with water, kettle, mini fridge, coffee, tea, etc. Highly recommend!“

„Abzocke. Ankunft etwas vor Mitternacht. 3 Nächte über Exp. gebucht. Schlüssel nur gegen "Nachzahlung" von umgerechnet 100€. Begründung, wir hätten das Zimmer nur von 20 Uhr bis nächsten Tag 12 Uhr mittags gebucht. Für die fehlenden 8 Std. wäre eine Nachzahlung erforderlich. Ich reise weltweit. So etwas dreistes habe ich noch nie erlebt. Beschwerde kommt über Exp..“

„已經住過這酒店好幾次了，房間寬敞舒適，員工熱心有禮！很喜歡他們每天送早餐到房間的服務，讓我和家人可以盡情休息，安坐房間餐桌享用豐富的早餐！唯一小建議是希望每天早餐款式可以多變化一點，因我們每次都入住起碼一星期，如果早餐可以再多點款式會更好！整體上我們一家都很滿意蘊泉庄的環境和服務，相信我們會再到訪這裡！“
