„Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta“

„Beautiful room and property. Clean. Well supplied. Great location. Would def recommend“

Nettes Personal. Leider fehlende Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer. Positiv ist die dazugehörige Tiefgarage. Rezeption zu eher nur ungünstigen besetzt. “

„Great space. Lots of room. The indoor parking needs lighting is my only complaint“

Expedia was wonderful to work with. They called the hotel as well as myself. Was told our room would be refunded, they were just waiting on a manager to approve. I called and called to speak with the manager to have the promise fulfilled and left multiple messages only to be ignored. I requested either a credit for a later ...

„Great place to stay. Central to all the lifts. Dining within 3-5 minute walk.“

„The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us.“
