This vacation rental is perfect for large groups/families with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Close proximity to Canyon Lake and other recreation!

Bedroom 1 (Master): King Bed w/attached bathroom | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Two Queen Beds w/attached bathroom | Bedroom 4: double set of twin bunk beds (these bunk beds have a maximum weight capacity of 100lbs). We will not be responsible for any damage to these bunk beds. Please book accordingly with weight specifications.

Indoor Space: Open concept living area with large 10ft long island (located upstairs). The island comes with 4 barstools. Great for hosting! There is also a large dining room table. 4 smart TVs with accessibility to your own streaming accounts!

Kitchen: Completely equipped for all of your needs: microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender, crock pot, juicer, & Keurig coffee pot. Plenty of baking sheets, pans, and kitchen utensils.

Outdoor Space: Three covered patios w/outdoor seating, ceiling fans, and propane grill. We have recently added a few fun activities outdoors for our guest which include Tiki Toss (located on the side of the stairs), Corn Hole, & a beautiful hammock out back! Don’t forget to turn on the tree lights if you are hanging outside at night!

General: Washer/dryer, towels, A/C and heating, ceiling fans, board games (located in the living room chest), free WiFi.

Parking: 5 vehicle driveway. The driveway could fit camper/boat if necessary.

There is tons of wildlife so definitely bring your tent and camp outside as well - what a good time for friends and family.

Note: this house is a few blocks from the Lake!


We are looking to add other amenities to the property shortly. Please be patient as we are growing!

The stay will include main access to the entire house with the exception of the garage and two closets that contain cleaning supplies for the house. Large oversized driveway is provided for parking. This driveway can fit 5 vehicles depending on size.

Enjoy the short drive and access to your own private cove (maximum occupancy at private cove- 6 people d/t being shared with neighborhood). Overlook park is approximately 5 miles away. Whitewater Amphitheater is approximately 5 miles which is located on the Guadalupe river. Turkey Cove Boat Ramp (free accessibility) is in the neighborhood. Yogi Bear Jelly Stone Park Camp is approximately 5 miles. Short drive down 306 to the historic Gruene, Tx or enjoy the short drive to Downtown New Braunfels. Centrally located for all of your fun and needs whether you prefer the lake life or city life.

WHAT IS PROVIDED: Toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels for the kitchen area, well equipped kitchen, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, bedding, extra blankets, bathroom towels with washcloths, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, propane for the grill, and a hair blow dryer- (Unfortunately we can not supply your whole stay but do provide each guest with a starter pack!)

We recommend if you think you may need more to always bring more.

WHAT TO BRING: Bikes, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boards for recreational use. Towels for use at the lake/river!

The health of our guest is our priority. With that, cleanliness and disinfection our are top priorities. We are doing everything in our power to keep our vacation rental as safe and clean as possible during your stay. Deep cleans are provided after every stay.
OUR HOUSE RULES ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO US FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUEST AND THE RESPECT OF OUR PROPERTY.
No animals currently allowed, with the exception of an RSA. Canyon Lake city quiet time is from 11PM to 7AM. Be courteous to others. Maximum of 5 vehicles are allowed on the property. When leaving the home for the day we prefer you to leave the AC on 75 until prior to arriving back at the home. Check out is 11AM- Check in is any time after 3PM. Please treat our property with as if this was your home. Please note- when Comal County has a burn ban in affect, outside fire pit is prohibited! This is a county law with the local fire department and can result in serious fines or worse a fire to our beautiful hill country. Please be aware of the conditions around you and local laws.
