„Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. “

„From booking to actual stay it has been amazing! We came for a Hen Do and were not disappointed. 5 stars and even the beautiful photos don't do this house justice, it is stunning! All the girls had a fab time and with ubers and abbey wood station just down the road you can get into central London in 40 minutes. Petra is a superhost. Always replying quickly and no question was too much to ask. I truly hope we have the opportunity to come back and stay for even longer! “

„The owner phoned not long after we checked in to make sure we had got into the property okay and to see if we had any queries. "A small, cozy hotel with a lake, although you couldn't swim in it. Despite the highway, the hotel was quiet. With the window closed you couldn't hear anything, with the window open only noise (lake side). The building and the furnishings were a bit older, which was also partly visible. But it didn't look run-down. A renovation would do the hotel some good. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness left something to be desired in some places. I never felt unsafe there, there was plenty of parking and the food was also good."
