„Spacious, rooms were clean living room was inviting, laundry units was available in the basement if needed. The only things that disappointed us was a small bathroom (which the way the house is, its nothing about the all in all experience ) i will definitely have another reservation hopefully soon. 10 out of 10 ❤️“

„We did one night for shop hop and were glad we could rent for one night . Beautiful master suite, handicap accessible which was great for one of our older travelers. Will definitely rent next year if available. “

„Perfect house and location for a fun family weekend. House was perfect for having a 1.5 year old. Toys in the basement, pack n play and park one block away. 10 minutes from USF stadium and HyVee close by made it perfect location for us. “

„Check-in was a breeze and the cottage was very nice! Very clean, had everything you need to prepare meals, beds were comfy and it was nice to be able to do laundry. Abby was very good with communication and extending our stay due to unfortunate circumstances. Thank you Abby!!“

„The Happy Place is a perfect little house. I would have actually liked to know more about the property's history. We were very comfortable there-I loved the old Philco refrigerator that is still running perfectly. Interesting artifacts to explore. The shelving gave me ideas for my own little cottage in PA. „The house was lovely. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and nicely upgraded with plenty of room. The downstairs bedrooms were quite spacious, and the kitchen provided plenty of utensils. Parking was limited but we only had two cars so that wasn't a problem. Thanks for a great experience, Matt and Rachael!“
