„This property is a bird sanctuary! It was so peaceful and a perfect getaway. The cabin with hot tub was comfortable. We enjoyed reading on the front porch, cooking out on the grill, fire pit under the stars at night and most of all the sounds of birds chirping during sunrise. The staff was exceptionally friendly. „This was a great trip overall, and this property really added to our long weekend experience. I had been to Asheville several times, but I usually stay closer to town and walkable to most downtown areas, so this was a wonderful balance of being able to enjoy the outdoor space while still being able to catch inexpensive Uber/Lyft rides when easier to leave the car parked at the cabin.“

„The lodge was very clean and the location was perfect to explore Asheville and the surrounding area (both by car). There were places to eat in walking distance. Check-in was super smooth and there was no problem with anything. The only thing, which is not the owners fault, was that the last night we had really noisy neighbors. The walls are fairly thin but the neighbors prior to those were a lot quieter. So all in all it was a really good place to stay in and I would def recommend staying there!“

„The house is nice. The location is great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen worked nicely. Only advice is to be very careful out on the deck at night. The 3-4 steps from the upper to lower deck are very hard to see at night and no handrail to assist. Make sure ALL the outside lights are on for the best visibility of the steps. Dark brown steps on dark brown deck in the dark is not a good combination.“

„Booked to property for its close proximity to Dillsboro and Sylva--the guys were fly fishing and the ladies were shopping and exploring the small towns.
