"Tiny House is exactly what it is, it was perfect for what we needed and affordable. All the hotel chains in the area are outrageously over priced all the time. This rental is perfect for a couple or single person staying a night or two. Its an all open floor space, double bed is a fotone & queen bed was up on a loft. 3 of us with a dog stayed 1 night, my 17 year old was the better option to climb up to queen bed, my husband and i stayed on the couch bed and our 50lb dog laid on his dog bed...

"We had a great stay here! My husband and I and our 3 kids were in town for the weekend. The camp was very peaceful on the river. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including coffee, toiletries, towels, linens and more. The hosts even included complimentary drinks and a smores kit which we used when we made a fire in the outdoor fire-pit. It was the perfect spot for our weekend stay and I highly recommend. Host was great at communicating."

"Beautiful cottage, clean, excellent view. We used the boat every day. It was gassed up and worked fine. There is a wood pile for camp fires. Muliple kyaks, canoes, and a stand up paddleboard. I saw loons on the lake (first time for me) and we heard owls at night. The fridge was clean and empty when we arrived...so you do need to bring any condiments, etc you might need. They do have salt & pepper. They have a kerig and a regular drip coffee pot. Highly recommend staying here...we hope to come...

"This place is absolutely perfect for any visit to Clarkson! So clean and comfortable and only four minutes away from campus. Wish I would have found this on our first visit. It is close, yet so relaxing by the river with so many things to do to relax. Beth, the host, is very kind and helpful for absolutely anything you may need. It feels like an old cabin that has been expanded a few times - a plywood floored entrance way that was added on holds outdoor activity equipment, a washer and dryer and the trash cans. "We took a long weekend to so my granddaughter could visit her other grandparents in the area. The home is very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We wanted for nothing! We wished it was summer to take advantage of the lake amenities. We will definitely visit again."

"This place was a perfect home away from home while we visited some friends in the north country. This home is deceptive - it looks small from the outside but it’s perfectly spacious inside. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and bake/cookware, the views were lovely, and the whole place was clean as a whistle. Highly recommend that you stay here if you get the chance!"

"Loved staying at this property. It comfortably accommodated our 9 member family. The kitchen was super stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. But the lake front is what really makes this property outstanding. The lake itself is scenic, quiet, and amazingly clean.
