Free parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, TV, hairdryer, and all essential amenities are provided for a hassle-free stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, cookware, and cutlery, making it ideal for both short and long stays. Conveniently located within walking distance of Canterbury city centre and just five minutes from the M2 motorway, the apartment offers easy access to local attractions, restaurants, shops, and historic landmarks while providing a peaceful place to unwind.

This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
