„LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! A golf course with the mountain backdrop is the "backyard" and the beach is the "front yard", pretty literally. Outside of the location (which is pretty near perfect), the welcoming and whimsicle home made our stay in Seaside wonderful. We stayed only one night but wish it had been longer. Walk to the river in one minute, to the beach in five. No view of either one. Stocked with most everything we needed. Could use a new larger frying pan. Ad said they only had sheets, so we brought sleeping bags. Didn't need them - they had lots blankets & bedspreads. Ad said fenced yard for the dog, which was a major factor in choosing ...

We loved having a hot tub and they provided lots of beach chairs, toys etc. Everything was very clean and the view was AMAZING. We did need scissors and maybe a couple more fry pans( one the handle was falling off) but otherwise we loved this property, the view and everything included. “
