The beaches are just a 3-minute walk away, the Palais des Festivals can be reached in around 15 minutes, and the lively centre of Cannes is approximately 10 minutes away on foot.

Located on the 6th floor of a high-end residence with a lift, the apartment features a covered and sunny 13 m² south-east-facing terrace overlooking a leafy park. A true extension of the living space, it is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, have lunch outside or unwind at the end of the day.

The bright living room features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm sofa bed and offers a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring Cannes. Air conditioning keeps the apartment comfortable during the warmer months, while the equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast and meals throughout your stay.

The separate, air-conditioned bedroom features two 90 cm single beds, which can be combined to create a large 180 cm double bed according to your needs. It provides a comfortable and private sleeping area. The bathroom completes the apartment’s functional layout.

From the apartment, you can easily reach the beaches and La Croisette on foot. Shops and restaurants are also located nearby, while Cannes city centre and the Palais des Festivals are within easy walking distance.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:

- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:

Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge

Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge

Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
