Two bedrooms with queen-size beds are located on the ground floor and both enjoy en suite private bathrooms with walk-in Italian showers and suspended toilets. The largest one has a bathtub.

Also, on same floor, if you plan to stay in Cannes for business purposes, you'll enjoy a dedicated closed teleworking space, away from the buzz of main lounge.

On first floor, the roomy and luminous main lounge faces south-west and offers an unoverlooked urban landscape, spotted here and there with greenery.

There you can seat up to 8 guests for memorable lunches and diners, cook at ease in a modern, fully equipped, open and integrated kitchen or take a snack or an espresso on the run on the kitchen's countertop. On one side, a cozy lounge space is there to host your aperitif or your TV sessions. When combined with the armchairs of the other side reading corner, you'll have a great set up for chatting and socializing your whole party.

On first floor as well, you'll find 2 additional bedrooms with queen-size beds. The contiguous bathroom, which has a walk-in italian shower and suspended toilets, is theirs.

All bathrooms have exterior openings for extra natural light and ventilation.

All rooms have a dedicated WiFi access point, thus providing fast and reliable internet connection throughout the house.

A private parking lot for one vehicle (1), dimensions 5m x 2.5m, is made available for free to our guests. In addition, a public paid parking is available 350m away.

For an additional fee and at notice, we offer the possibility to recharge your electric vehicle on our parking lot. User has to provide cord.

Our rates include bed linen, towels, and post-departure cleaning, except for stays of 2 nights or fewer or for groups of more than 4 people. In such cases, a surcharge of up to €10 per person per night may be requested at the time of booking. This surcharge applies automatically—including after check in—if the actual number of occupants exceeds the number declared and agreed at booking. Additionally, an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be charged in the event of excessive soiling.

No para-hotel services are offered during the stay.

Body hygiene products being something personal and each and every person having their own needs and standards, welcome hygiene kits are provided on demand only.

The entire house is made available to guests.

Please note that main lounge is located on first floor which makes the place unappropriate to persons with reduced mobility.

At the renowned Public Market of Fortville, a 6 minutes walk from the house, you'll find plentyfull of fresh products like fruits and vegetables, meat and fish, amongst many others.

A city supermarket with extended opening hours 7 days a week is available less than 100m away.
