At the foot of the Palais des Festivals, Cannes reveals its most vibrant atmosphere. The Old Port, the Croisette and the city’s famous beaches are all just steps away.

Located in a charming building facing the port, this studio provides a calm and comfortable setting while remaining in the heart of the city.

The main room features a large bed and a TV, creating a bright and functional living space. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with mini freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and microwave.

A small office or dining area completes the space. The bathroom includes a shower and wall-mounted WC.

Located on the second floor of the building with elevator, the apartment offers a perfect location only two minutes on foot from both the Palais des Festivals and the beaches.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
