PLEASE NOTE: Resort is undergoing hallway renovations to make for a beautiful environment. Please understand this affects everyone at the resort and is beyond our control. There are several elevators in the building. Periodically they will undergo maintenance to be used by contractors. Signs will be posted by the resort staff on which elevator to use. If this is a concern for you please reach out to us as we may have alternative accommodations for you at other locations. Amenities are open.

The Space:
Please be advised that the pool facilities will be closed from April 13th to April 18th for the annual maintenance.

This 3rd floor condo is easily walkable anywhere in town. Fully furnished condo has all the amenities to make a family vacation or romantic getaway unforgettable, including:
• 1-King size bed in the master bedroom with attached ensuite bathroom.
• 1-Queen size in the second bedroom.
• Along with a pull-out sofa bed couch which could sleep additional kids!
• 2nd full bathroom,
• Central Air conditioning.
• Partial Mountain views from balcony.
• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
• Breakfast bar with two stools,
• Dining table with 4 chairs
• Spacious and cozy living room with gas fireplace
• Lovely large balcony with patio furniture. ( note: there is no BBQ at this time)

Note - As this condo is smaller at 688sq ft it can comfortably accommodate 4 guests however, we can accommodate 6 guests but may be a bit tight.

POOL & HOT TUB ARE OPEN BUT IS SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AT ANY TIME PLEASE INQUIRE IF ITS OPEN
Small Print: this suite is not managed by the hotel; therefore, the front desk services are not available to guests. Rather, guests will be provided an access code prior to their stay, and will be able to go straight to the suite upon arrival.
Daily housekeeping service is not included, but can be arranged upon request.
Note: the sofa beds will not be made up at arrival, the sheets are in the bedroom closet.

Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available.
If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.
