Brand new carpet in all the bedrooms, new king bed and mattress in the second bedroom. It is just a pleasant 10 minute walk to downtown, groceries, shops, restaurants & pubs. Bridgette Bar and Spring Creek Market by Rusticana are open and located in Spring Creek.

The condo comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have windows unlike suites that have a den. It is spacious and perfect for families who want room to spread out. Perfect for 2-3 couples, a group of friends or a family gathering.

The hot tub and gym are common to the building and available for your use during your stay. The hot tub has a reservation system where you book one - 30 minute appointment per day for your private use. This is to avoid partying groups from hijacking the hot tub for hours and other guests not getting to use it. Note: We do not have control of building amenity closures such as hot tub maintenance and repairs.

The building has a "quiet time" period between 10pm and 8am where guests must keep noise, music, loud talking, etc to a minimum so other guests are not disturbed. This includes doing laundry after 10pm as the vibrations of the machines disturb adjoining suites.

Access to the suite is flexible via a coded lock system. Two underground parking spots (tandem style) in the heated parkade are included. A storage cage to lock your toys (Skis, Bikes, Golf Clubs, etc) is available for your use.

We have several suites from 1-3 bedrooms available for short and longer term rental. Manager lives close to Spring Creek and will give you privacy for your stay but is available if need be! Please don't hesitate to reach out and ask any questions!

We pride ourselves on fully stocking our suites with all amenities our guests require for a great stay: hotel linens (sheets) and towels; all bathroom necessities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissue, make up wipes); fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, dinnerware, glass ware, baggies, aluminium foil, saran wrap, salt, pepper, spice rack, sugar, coffee filters and more! You just need to bring food and beverages, and enjoy your holiday! Ask if there's something specific you need and we'll try to provide it! Baby accessories available upon request.
