This place was a disappointment for us. When we first arrived, the check in codes sent to us beforehand were not the correct ones to enter the building so we had to wait around for 30 minutes before receiving new codes. Once I was able to enter the building, I discovered that neither elevator was working so we had to haul luggage and groceries for 6 adults and 5 children up two flights of stairs. Also the listing never specified that there is only 1 guaranteed parking space for the unit (which is supposed to sleep 13 people!) and you have to duke it out with all the units for the 11 visitor spots or street park 1/2 mile away. The place itself was clean and the beds were comfortable however all the furniture is cheap. I will say the view was great and the pool is the nicest thing about the whole building. Only one of the two elevators was working the whole time so it was very slow and very inefficient. Then the last night we were there, the air conditioning stopped working and the unit was at 80 degrees F all night. While the building is brand new, it clearly was not a quality build and was done as cheaply as possible. The host was responsive to our messages in a timely manner, however it was clear she was just a middle person and had to relay everything back to someone else before any actions could be taken which did delay rectifying our issues.
