"Die Lage ist perfekt und das Frühstück super! Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war das Zimmer schon etwas älter aber sauber. Leider muss man für den Wellnessbereich 12€ pro Person zahlen und er ist erst ab 16 Uhr geöffnet. Hier gibt es einen whirlpool und sauna. Das lohnt sich nicht. Man kann gratis E Bikes ausleihen."

"Our stay did not live up to the positive reviews and our expectations. On the positive side, the hotel is well located and the staff was nice throughout. When we arrived, we were given a very big room with two single beds pushed together, without even a mattress topper to make it a proper double. The receptionist kindly moved us to a smaller but decent room with a queen-size bed. However, the night was extremely uncomfortable. It was very hot, and opening the window only partially helped due to the noise (beeping and revving cars, as the hotel is directly above the main road). The air conditioning did not work, which was not communicated to us (we were told it’s due to regulations after recent snow). We were provided with a fan, but the plug was broken, and by the time we realised at bedtime, we didn’t bother reporting it. We had already bought earplugs from the pharmacy and ended up sleeping with the window open. Also worth noting: no kettle in the room (which seems common for NH hotels, but still a bit surprising), and finding the parking requires checking the NH official website as it’s not the same address as the hotel. The entrance is on a street behind the hotel (the parking itself is underneath, but access is from the back). Overall, we did not expect this from a 4-star hotel and would not stay here again or recommend it."

"Sehr elegantes, komfortables Luxushotel in minimalistischem Design sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hochwertige Ausstattung mit vielen preisgekrönten Designobjekten. Sehr aufmerksamer, mehrsprachiger Service, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in dem ebenfalls sehr schönen Restaurant, das sich im Erdgeschoss befindet. Viele weitere Annehmlichkeiten wären noch möglich gewesen wie Valet Parking, privates Spa und Pool mit Sauna etc., die wir aber gar nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Lage des modernen und luxuriorösen Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Viele touristische Attraktionen lassen sich zu Fuß erreichen und es gibt auch für Selbstparker in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel."
