Juli Villa is a spacious villa (200sqm), perfectly located in Canggu, in the popular area Pererenan. The villa is quietly located. It is not on a busy street. There are no construction works so you can really relax in this villa both during the day and in the evening.

Everything you need is within walking distance: nice restaurants and cafes (Copenhagen, Nüde, Motion Fitness Foods and many more). Great gyms and sports facilities, such as Obsidian Gym, Elite Fit Bali and Jungle Padel Pererenan. Launderette, scooter rental and supermarket also nearby.

With approx. 10 minutes on the scooter you can go to Batu Bolong beach, Pererenan Beach or Berawa beach. Here you will also find the well-known beach clubs such as Finns, La Brisa and Atlas. This is also a perfect base for exploring the tourist highlights of Bali.

The villa is a very complete, luxurious and new villa. We have tried to make it as pleasant as possible for our guests and provide many amenities in the house.

Spacious kitchen with dining table, lounge area with television, three bedrooms each with a double bed and each with its own bathroom with toilet. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe in which you can hang and put everything. Outside there is a swimming pool with outdoor shower and a luxurious bath. If you have a lot of stuff with you, there is a storage room. In the villa there are children's supplies such as; a baby bed, high chair and toys. Please indicate in advance if the children's supplies are required, so that we can prepare them for you.

Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans + air conditioning. The living room has a large table with electricity and usb connection, where you can work comfortably.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook or have a delicious dinner. There is a large dining table for 6 people. In the cozy sitting area, with smart TV, you can relax.

The house also has a parking for 1 car at the back. Scooters can be parked at the front of the house (private scooter parking). At the scooter parking is a surf rack to store surfboards.

The villa is entirely for you. Parking is possible by car or scooter. The car parking is at the back of the villa. Please let us know when you come by car, so we can send you the right directions for that.

Checking in is easy and whenever you want. You will receive the code for the digital lock in advance, so you can always enter. So no key is needed.
