The space
Floor-to-ceiling windows open straight to the outdoors, surrounded by lush greenery and sunbeds just waiting for an afternoon nap or icy drink in hand.

On the ground floor, there are four beautifully styled bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One includes a bathtub for those long soaks after a day out in the sun, and one of the rooms offers the option of twin beds or a king setup—great for families or friends. Just outside, a breezy lounge area invites you to settle in with a book, gather for sunset snacks, or catch up over slow dinners and glowing candlelight.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms are tucked away with their own en suites and tranquil design touches. But the real standout? A rooftop terrace made for early morning yoga, quiet coffees, or watching the sky change color as the sun goes down. With comfy seating and open skies above, it's your private perch for peaceful moments or playful hangs.

Guest access
The guests have access to the entire property. Please note that the parking space is available for 1 medium size car.
Other things to note
*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

Since the property is located in a newly developed area, the electricity supply may not be as reliable as in more developed cities. Occasional power cuts from the island’s unique provider are to be expected. Please note that these situations are entirely beyond the host's control. There is no generator on-site, and refunds will not be provided for this reason.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that our staff is available until 5pm, self check in is available after 5pm.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 12 people including children.
