„Amazing villas, close to everything, floating breakfast was a great addition to having a private pool 💫 only complaint is the complete lack of light in the bathroom and entire villa, almost impossible to get ready once the sun is set. „Dieses Hotel bietet absolut gar nichts. In der Umgebung kannst du nichts zu Fuß machen und der Strand kannst du nicht nutzen. Privater Pool Zugang , heißt es in der Anzeige. Den teilst du aber mit anderen noch. Insgesamt mit 6 Parteien. Frühstück war nur ok ! Oftmals war das Team schlecht organisiert und haben sehr spät nachgefüllt das Essen oder Getränke. “

Bei unserer Villa (Villa 5) waren einige Sachen defekt (Pool Reinigungs Anlage und Beleuchtung, Garten Lichter, kein WLAN da Ameisen Nest im Router) und es kam mir nicht vor als wäre das für die Angestellten neu. Bei Nachfrage wurde sich aber bemüht möglichst alles zu reparieren. Bei sowas hatte ich mir gewünscht eine andere Villa zu bekommen, da 2 während unseres Aufenthaltes leer standen. War ...

„Wir waren vom 21.Oktober bis 25.Oktober 2022 in der Sumah Hill Residence Gäste und fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl, alleine schon durch den freundlichem Empfang von Wayan und ihrem Team. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt, ob es die Abholung vom anderen Hotel war, das Frühstück, die Massagen in der Villa und vieles andere mehr. Wayan und ihr Team haben alles perfekt organisiert. „The place was very charming, great location with the ocean right behind the house. The driver Ketut was fantastic, very nice guy and also gave us the scenic, very reliable that we booked him to take us to the airport...... Eka & Wayan kept the villa spotless and made sure that they were not getting in the way of our plans. Two minor issues, there is a club not far away and when they have a live band the music can be quite loud but luckily does not go late and on the 2nd night we were there ...
