The Neighborhood:

This is one of the most central areas in Cancun, safe both day and night. It is located just 7–15 minutes from restaurants, the beach, local businesses, shopping malls, and the main bus station. It is an area that is lively during the day yet quiet at night. If you are looking for a safe area with good connectivity—lively during the day yet quiet at night—this is an ideal spot for those without a vehicle who want to get around the city easily.

Right outside, there is a local café called Level UP Juicebar, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

20–25 minutes by car/taxi from Cancún International Airport (located just outside the city).

3–5 minute walk to the entrance of the Hotel Zone.

10-minute walk to the main bus station.

8–10 minute drive to the Isla Mujeres ferry.

8–10 minute walk to Tulum Avenue, Plaza Las Américas, Puerto Cancún, Plaza de Toros, Chedraui, and Walmart.

The bus stop for the Hotel Zone is right outside the building.
