Comfortable holiday home in Cancale

Stone house full of character with red woodwork, Les Phares du Haut Bout was completely renovated in 2021–2022. Upon entering the house, you arrive directly in the living/dining area with a view and access to the garden. The living corner is equipped with a 3-seater sofa complemented by an armchair so everyone can relax after a day of sightseeing and walks. For your meals, you can comfortably sit around the round table. In the adjoining independent kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious dishes.

House with two bedrooms on the Emerald Coast

The house can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms with storage, located upstairs. One, overlooking the garden, is equipped with a 140x190 bed, the other, facing the street, has two 90x190 beds. On the ground floor, the house has a bathroom with shower and a single-sink vanity. The WC, also located on the ground floor, is separate.

One of the assets of the house Les Phares du Haut Bout is its pretty south-facing landscaped garden stretching in length. In fine weather, you will find garden furniture to enjoy outdoor meals and deckchairs to relax. It is also an ideal play area for children!

Les Phares du Haut Bout is the perfect base to discover Cancale and its surroundings, notably the Pointe du Grouin site, located just 1 km away, offering a breathtaking panorama over the Normandy coast, Mont-Saint-Michel Bay, and the Emerald Coast, which you can explore further by visiting Saint-Malo (15 km), Dinard, and even Cap Fréhel just 1h15 away!

Please note:

• The house is semi-detached on both sides.
• The garden is shared and only separated by wire fencing.
• During the heating period from October 1st to May 31st, beyond an average allowance of 12 kWh per day included in the price, any additional electricity consumption will be charged based on actual usage at €0.11/kWh. A meter reading will be taken upon your arrival and another at the end of your stay. Any additional charges will be payable upon departure.
• Bed linen is available as an option.
• Private parking for 2 cars is available in front of the house, on the street side.
