Cocoonr is offering this charming farmhouse for rent in Cancale, less than a kilometre from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a floor area of 400 m² and accommodation for up to eleven guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, and you can enjoy a lovely enclosed garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The house is ideally situated in Cancale, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting. A path running alongside the house leads directly onto the GR34, with access to Port Briac beach and a small cove.
All essential shops are just a 5-minute drive away, as are the boutiques, restaurants, bars and market in the town of Cancale (on Sunday mornings), whilst the port of La Houle, famous for its oysters, is less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

Transport:
If you’re coming by car, you can park in the house’s private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, 16 km away
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit, 30 km away
- Seasonal buses run to the beaches along the coast as far as Saint-Malo.

- Parties and loud music on the terrace are not permitted due to the proximity of neighbours and the naturally quiet and relaxing surroundings.
