„Quirky house, that took some getting used to, i did contact the agent/ owner the day before to say there was an extra adult , so as it was 3 bedrooms, there didnt seem to be any problems ? But only 2 rooms were made available, so the 3rd person decided to sleep on the couch. The slide bolts on the outside of the bedroom doors was unsettling as well. Not sure about the chickens in the front yard? And we were concerned about snakes, i did need to give the birds water on a couple of occasions, and ...

„Home was in a good location, easy to get into Canberra central and local shops. House itself is looking it's age, although comfortable. Kitchen was ok but limited utensils and cooking items were also looking aged. Beds are comfortable, shower works well. This could be a lovely place to stay but just felt like the owner didn't want to put a lot of effort into it. No basic supplies in kitchen, no hairdryer, which you would normally get staying in a home on Stayz.“

„Overall an amazing 4 day stay. The property had great cleanliness and insulation. The high roofs gave it a great spacious vibe. One slight problem was the wifi, as it had slight disruptions, although this could be swiftly managed. Nice and quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay here when I'm in Canberra again.“

„We had a very comfortable stay here with a total of 12 people. Very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the place. We loved the artwork and kitchen appliances provided. My only suggestion to make our stay even better would be more bins and boxes of tissues for the bedrooms, more tea towels in the kitchen and hand towels in the bathrooms.“

One improvement I suggest is the Duty Manager I spoke to last Saturday, 25 May is quiet hierarchical which makes me feel she is above me and no sense of reality that she is dealing with a guest. "Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie zwei Zimmer gebucht. Ein kleines mit zwei Einzelbetten und eine Suite mit Wohnbereich. Leider müssen wir sagen, dass diese Zimmer das Geld nicht wert waren. Das Hotel scheint alt und in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Die Zimmer- sowie die Gebäudetüren knallen beim Schließen und hallen extrem in den Fluren. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und wirken trist sowie teilweise abgewohnt. Die Fenster sind nicht sicher verschließbar und können jederzeit von außen geöffnet werden. Ein Pluspunkt ist allerdings die Sauberkeit gewesen. "
