BEDROOM:
Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
Parking clearance height is 2.1 metres. You can also opt for street parking in Kennedy (3 hours free) and Dawes Streets (30 minutes free). There is no bicycle parking in the premises.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

Manuka has been a favourite for Canberrans since the 1920s, and on the weekend is one of the most popular spots in Canberra for food and coffee. Manuka also has an extensive range of boutique shops and a cinema. Sports fans will love Manuka oval for its local and international sporting events. Manuka Swimming Pool has been a local treasure since the 1930s.
Kingston is one of Canberra's original and most iconic residential pockets. It is undoubtedly one of Canberra's premier city fringe locations. Within Kingston, you will find a cosmopolitan mix of residents -young singles, couples, families, high-income professionals, retirees, and students all living alongside each other
The phone signal is weak inside the apartment. Go to the balcony to have a better reception. Thus, this apartment is good for guests who wants to have a nice, quiet and screen-free stay.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
