Furthermore, the housekeeping service was only mediocre—it wasn't bad, but it lacked the thoroughness and attention to detail I expected. Breakfast: High quality, poor transparency The breakfast experience was the biggest disappointment, despite the food itself. On the positive side, the meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Qualitatively, the kitchen does a great job. However, I was disappointed to find no breakfast buffet; it was à la carte only. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency: additional drinks, such as a second coffee, were charged extra. This was never mentioned during the ordering process, making the extra costs an unpleasant surprise on the final bill. Summary: The food tastes good, but the lack of a buffet and the hidden charges for basic items like extra coffee—without any prior warning—felt like poor service.
