„Beautiful location located right next to the Cove with its own dock located right in front of the patio. Within walking distance to all the restaurants and beach side. It absolutely smelled fresh and clean just as you walked in. And we enjoyed the neighborhood friendly cat! He was a plus. “

„This was an amazing overnight stay! So much better than we were expecting to enjoy it. The lions, all 4, were in front of our window for almost the entire stay, both in the afternoon/night and again in the morning before leaving. To have them lounging, playing, sleeping, grooming right in front of the window with literally your hand separating them from you by plexiglass is unforgettable. „Loved everything about the place. It worked well for us staying close to Colgate and casinos. We were in for football weekend of Syracuse vs Colgate. The only thing we would change is there is no TV channels We are a big college football family so wanted to watch games. We streamed games over our phones and projected to TV using WIFI but had trouble connecting.“

„Definitely 10/10. Not only was the home as it looked, it just felt light and fresh. But even better than that was the way the host made you feel welcomed with things like treats, a coffee bar and little stuff you might have forgotten. Being there just felt comfortable. The location was perfect and Jeffrey was very attentive and available if needed. Highly recommend!!!“

„You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed ...

„We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting but still close to town, shops, and restaurants.
