Since we were traveling with teenagers and the room with 2 queen beds was too small for us, we were able to upgrade it to 2 rooms with one king size bed each. Thank you for this upgrade. Trotz der 4-Sterne-Klassifizierung war der Service, insbesondere beim Check-in und mit dem Personal, weit unter den Erwartungen. Ein Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft nicht bereit, und am 27.12. sahen wir uns mit einer beunruhigenden Situation konfrontiert, bei der wir mehrfach bedroht wurden.
