„Sehr freundliches Personal mit hervorragender Lage in Montepulciano. Parkplätze, reserviert für Hotelgäste, bei einem unweit (ca. 200m) in einem öffentlichen Parkbereich verfügbar. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht vorhanden. Das Motto des Hotels „il Riccio“ (der Igel) wurde in vielen Details eingearbeitet, das trägt zu dem guten, sympathischen Gesamteindruck bei.“

„Che dire ECCEZIONALE! La struttura è bellissima di gran classe, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite che con la vasca idromassaggio è veramente uno spettacolo. Il punto forte è la possibilità di prenotare la zona SPA privatamente per un'ora, in alternativa si può usufruire della zona piscina che è top! Colazione ottima, di qualità e servita in un'area molto bella, che poi è la stessa che viene usata la sera per chi vuole cenare e anche qui la qualità della cena è da 5 stelle. Infine ...

„Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Freundliche Begrüßung des Inhabers mit anschließender Vorstellung der Anlage und Einweisung in der Unterkunft. In Covid-19 Zeiten wird sehr auf Hygiene und Einzelfrühstück geachtet. Dieses bestellt man online am Vortag. Frühstück selbst war ok. Cappuccino und Espresso haben leider nicht geschmeckt, was für Italien eigentlich ein No-Go ist! Negativ war, dass das gesamte Frühstück auf Plastiktellern mit Plastikbesteck geliefert wurde.
