„The location is ideal, and centrally located to the downtown, lake area, and nearby attractions. The interior is very well maintained. The layout itself is small but not cramped. There are some oddities such as the two doors to the main bathroom and the kitchen switch being behind one of the bedroom doors but they do not detract from the overall experience. „A well cared for, clean space that’s perfect for all that the Lincoln/N. Woodstock are has to offer. Easy access to food, shopping, winter and summer activities, and the Kancamagus Highway. A place to call home away from home. Parking was simple. If we’d stayed longer we would have taken advantage of the additional offsite amenities but enjoyed just hunkering in between our busy activities. Host was a real person with recommendations when we asked for them. Thanks for our stay!“

„A great place to spend a day or a couple days. We were traveling to attend a wedding. The small kitchen, two baths, pool was just what we needed. Access was easy, and the rocky river behind the resort gave the family hours and hours of entertainment. Rick was quick to answer any questions and was extremely helpful. “

„We had a great stay with the pond out front and mountain view’s! Great leap off point for hiking for our family. Nice pool and tennis courts and they have gear to loan for pickle ball and tennis and more. Very quiet location with respectful neighbors so lovely to sit back at the end of the day on the deck and enjoy stars in the sky and ducks in the pond. Super dog friendly place as well. „We really enjoyed our stay on July 12th. It was short and sweet but it was really great! Shirley was very helpful and was very quick to respond to questions that I had prior to and during the rental process. Shirley even let us check in 20 mins early as we were in the Lincoln, NH area prior to 4:00 pm. The rental itself was also very nice. It was clean and well taken care of and we appreciated the attention to detail from Shirley and the housekeeping staff. We would really love to stay here ...
