The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, distributed across 3 well-equipped bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, whilst the other two have 2 single beds each, plus a sofa bed in the living room for greater flexibility. All bedrooms include wardrobes and mattress protectors for your comfort.

The house has 2 social bathrooms with electric shower and glass shower enclosure, with the main one featuring a hairdryer. We provide quality bed and bath linens for your stay.

The living room is a cosy space with a sofa, armchair, pouffe and coffee table, as well as a 42" Smart TV for entertainment. The fireplace is perfect for cosy evenings during your stay in the mountains. The balcony with panoramic views is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the landscape.

The kitchen is fully equipped and independent, featuring a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker and all necessary utensils such as plates, glasses, cutlery and containers. The dining table seats 8 people, perfect for family meals.

As for infrastructure, the property offers garage for 2 vehicles, high-speed Wi-Fi, 110V and 220V outlets, with one adapted for an electric car charger (you need to bring the portable charger). There is also a laundry room with sink and clothesline, external lighting and security camera.

It is important to inform you that the stay is reserved for the number of people stated at the time of booking. Any difference in the number of guests or visits may incur additional costs and must be communicated to the manager before check-in. Smoking, parties or events are not permitted inside the property. Pets are not accepted. The property has 16 steps to access the kitchen.
